RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU)

You have the right to withdraw from your contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. You can do this by:

1. Using Customer Accounts > Orders to request a return, or
2. Emailing us at: support@geebizz.com

NON-RETURNABLE EXCEPTIONS (EU Directive 2011/83 Article 16c)

The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized (for example, items printed with your name, photo, or custom text you provided).

Standard catalog designs from GeeBizz, even though printed on demand, CAN be returned within 14 days.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEM

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at support@geebizz.com with a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or refund.
